Nighttime PUA Routine Before Going Out
What you
do before meeting women can determine your level of
“success”. Many guys waste this time by being nervous or
tense. Others ‘pregrame’ and do a little drinking to get
in the mood to talk.
I do something different. Whenever, I’m about to go out
to a social venue (or on a date), I like to exercise,
then create a positive ‘mental state’! Here’s what I
mean…
The period before you meet women is often filled with a
lot of anxious feelings. You know you have to “be on”
from the moment you walk in the door, so there’s always
a certain level of nerves involved. The problem is it’s
hard to display a relaxed, confident attitude when
you’re tense. But if you exercise and create the proper
‘mindset’ before you go out, you’ll reduce your stress
levels and create a nice relaxed feeling that can be
carried over into the evening.

The Secrets to Meeting and Attracting Women...
Before I
go out, I like to follow a simple routine. In the late
afternoon (or early) evening, I’ll lift weights or do
about an hour of running. Sometimes both! This creates a
nice relaxed feeling that mellows me out for a few
hours. After this, I like to eat a light dinner, then
chill for an hour or so.
About a half hour before I leave, I’ll start to put
myself “in state” by reading something uplifting and
listening to energetic music. This puts me into a
positive state of mind where I’m excited to get out
there and meet people.
Having a set routine before you go out is a way to
create a pattern for success. It’s similar to how
professional athletes do their preparations. They follow
a series of steps that mentally prepares them for “game
time”. I suggest that you create your own schedule
that’ll put you in an energetic mood, ready to meet
women.
